Close to "Parque delta" a shopping center with all kinds of shops, groceries, banks and cinemas just 10 minutes walk away.

There is an oxxo (24 hour convenient store) on the ground floor for all momentary needs, payments, ATM, etc.

The host is really attentive and responds very quickly! always interested in doing a better hosting job and with great recommendations!

The new building is in excellent condition, the elevator is always available, and everything is super clean and spotless.

Prime location. With 3 dollars you get to Polanco, Condesa, Rome, historic center, etc.

For your safety, there is no gas installation in the entire building, everything is electric

The neighborhood is great, central, in an excellent area of the city, close to restaurants, business centers and tourist areas, cafes and parks

You can walk or bike everywhere since the area is very well connected, if you do not like to do those things, there is a bus station in front of the property and the subway or metro 3 blocks away, also available for Transportation Cabify, Uber, Taxi, etc.
